हरियाणा पशु मेला 

हरियाणा राज्य के भिवानी क्षेत्र में भी पशु मेला बड़े स्तर पर आयोजित कराया जाता है। इस मेले के अंदर पशुओं की 2000 से ज्यादा नस्ल देखने को मिल सकती है। मेले के अंदर पशुओं का रैंप वॉक भी रखा जाता है। हरियाणा में यह मेला फरवरी के अंत में आयोजित होता है। यहां पशु के बीच प्रतिस्पर्धा और कई कार्यक्रम कराए जाते हैं। पशु मेले के आयोजन से कई दिन पहले ही इस मेले में रजिस्ट्रेशन कराना अनिवार्य होता है। 

राजस्थान का बलदेव पशु मेला 

बलदेव पशु मेले का आयोजन मार्च के अंत में शुरू होता है और अप्रैल माह के शुरुआती दिनों तक चलता है। यह मेला मेड़ता में हर साल आयोजित कराया जाता है। आपको बता दें कि इस पशु मेले का नाम किसान नेता बलदेव के नाम पर रखा गया है। बलदेव पशु मेला सन 1947 से हर साल राज्य  के पशुपालन विभाग द्वारा आयोजित कराया जाता है। इस मेले में नागौरी बैलों की बिक्री सबसे अधिक होती है।

चंद्रभागा पशु मेला 

चंद्रभागा नाम का यह पशु मेला करीब 250 साल से आयोजित कराया जा रहा है। यह मेला राजस्थान के झालावाड़ जिले के झालरापाटन कस्बे में आयोजित किया जाता है। आपको बता दें कि इस मेले की शुरुआत 18 वी सदी में झाला जालिम सिंह ने की थी। लेकिन 1958 के बाद इस मेले का संचालन पशुपालन विभाग द्वारा किया जाने लगा था। ज्ञात हो कि यह मेला हर साल कार्तिक सुदी ग्यारस से मिगसर बदी पंचम तक चलता है। इस मेले में सबसे अधिक मालवी नस्ल के बैलों को खरीदा और बेचा जाता है। 

पुष्कर पशु मेला 

यह पशु मेला अजमेर से दूर स्थित पुष्कर में आयोजित किया जाता है। इस मेले के अंदर दुधारू पशुओं की बिक्री अधिक देखने को मिलती है। पुष्कर मेले में गाय, भैंस, बकरी और कई दूसरे पशु भी बेचे और खरीदे जाते हैं। इस मेले में गिरी गाय भी देखने को मिलती है। आपको बता दें कि यह पशु मेला कार्तिक पूर्णिमा के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। ज्ञात हो कि कार्तिक पूर्णिमा का दिन हिंदू धर्म के लोगों के लिए बहुत अधिक महत्व रखता है। माना जाता है कि इस दिन सभी देवी देवता झील में एकत्रित होते हैं। यही कारण भी है कि इस मेले में लोग झील के अंदर नहाते हैं। यह उन चुनिंदा मेलों में से एक है जहां आपको विदेशी सैलानी भी भारी मात्रा में देखने को मिल सकते हैं।

भारत का सबसे प्रसिद्ध पशु मेला 

सोनपुर पशु मेला भारत और एशिया का सबसे बड़ा पशु मेला है, जो बिहार में आयोजित होता है। इस पशु मेले को नवंबर या फिर दिसंबर महीने में लगाया जाता है। इस मेले को छत्तर और हरिहर क्षेत्र मेला के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। इस पशु मेले में बहुत सी अलग – अलग नस्लों की पशु आते हैं। मुख्यतौर पर इस मेले में अलग – अलग नस्ल के हाथी, ऊंट, घोड़े, गाय और भैंस आदि पशुओं को खरीदा और बेचा जाता है। यह मेला इतना बड़ा और विशाल होता है कि विदेशी लोग भी इस मेले को देखने आते हैं। 

पशु मेलों का कार्यक्रम

राजस्थान में होने वाले प्रमुख पशु मेले

श्री रामदेव पशु मेला-नागौर

नागौर पशुमेला हर साल जनवरी और फरवरी महीनों में नागौर के अनूठे राजपूत शहर में आयोजित किया जाता है। नागौर जोधपुर और बीकानेर के बीच पड़ने वाला एक छोटा सा शहर है। नागौर पशुमेला राजस्थान के सबसे प्रसिद्ध आकर्षणों में से एक है और दुनियाभर से हजारों पर्यटक यहां पर आते है। यहां पर 75 हजार से ज्यादा पशु लाए जाते हैं, जिन्हें खरीदने और बेचने का काम होता है।

श्री मल्लीनाथ पशु मेला, तिलवाड़ा-बाड़मेर

ये पशु मेला वीर योद्धा रावल मल्लिनाथ की याद में मनाया जाता है। इस मेले की शुरुआत मलीनाथ के गद्दी पर बैठने से हुई थी। दरअसल मलीनाथ के गद्दी पर बैठने के मौके पर एक विशाल समारोह आयोजित हुआ था। इस मौके पर दूर-दूर से लोग शामिल हुए थे। आयोजन खत्म होने पर लोगों मे आपस में ऊंट, घोड़े, गाय, भैंस बैल आदि का आदान प्रदान किया था। इस मेले का संचालन पशुपालन विभाग ने साल 1958 में संभाला था। ये मेला हर साल चैत्र बुदी ग्यारस से चैत्र सुदी ग्यारस तक बाड़मेर जिले के तिलवाड़ा गांव में लूनी नदी पर लगाय जाता है।

श्री बलदेव पशु मेला, मेड़ता सिटी-नागौर

ये पशु मेला मेड़ता सिटी में आयोजित किया जाता है। इस मेले में ज्यादा नागौरी नस्ल की बिक्री होती है। ये पशु मेला प्रसिद्ध किसान नेता श्री बलदेव राम मिर्धा की याद में अप्रैल 1947 से राज्य के पशुपालन विभाग द्वारा संचालित किया जा रहा है।

श्री वीर तेजाजी पशु मेला परबतसर नागौर

राजस्थान में ये पशु मेला लोक देवता वीर तेजाजी की याद में मनाया जाता है। पशुपालन विभाग ने इस मेले की बागडोर साल 1947 में अपने हाथ में ली थी। ये पशु मेला आमदनी के लिए प्रदेश का सबसे बड़ा मेला है। जोधपुर के महाराजा अजीत सिंह ने यहां तेजाजी का देवल बनाकर और उनकी मूर्ति स्थापित कर इस पशु मेले की शुरुआत की थी। ये मेला भी नागौरी नस्ल के लिए मशहूर है।

महाशिवरात्रि पशु मेला करौली

करौली जिले में आयोजित होने वाला ये पशु मेला काफी मशहूर है। इस पशु मेले का आयोजन हर साल फाल्गुन कृष्णा में किया जाता है। महाशिवरात्रि के पर्व पर आयोजित होने से इस पशु मेले का नाम शिवरात्रि पशु मेला पड़ गया है। इस मेले के आयोजन की शुरुआत रियासत काल में हुआ था। इस मेले में हरियाणवी नस्ल के पशुओं की बिक्री काफी ज्यादा होती है। राजस्थान के अलावा उत्तर प्रदेश, मध्य प्रदेश के व्यापारी भी इस मेले में हिस्सा लेने आते हैं।

गोमती सागर पशु मेला-झालावाड़

झालावाड़ जिले के झालरापाटन कस्बे में ये पशु मेला हर साल आयोजित होता है। पशुपालन विभाग मई 1959 से इस पशु मेले को आयोजित कर रहा है।

श्री गोगामेड़ी पशु मेला-हनुमानगढ़

श्री गोगामेड़ी राजस्थान के पांच पीरों में से एक वीर और लोक देवता गोगा का समाधि स्थल है। ये आज हनुमानगढ़ जिले की नोहर तहसील में आता है यहां हर साल श्रावण के महीने में आयोजित होता है। इस मेले के संचालन का काम पशुपालन विभाग के द्वारा अगस्त 1959 से हो रहा है।

श्री जसवंत प्रदर्शनी एवं पशु मेला-भरतपुर

भरतपुर रियासत के महाराजा जसवंत सिंह की याद में इस मेले का आयोजन किया जाता है। इस मेले में हरियाणा नस्ल के पशुओं का लेन-देन होता है। अक्टूबर 1958 से पशुपालन विभाग द्वारा इस पशु मेले को आयोजित किया जाता है। सरकार की आय के नजरिये से ये सबसे बड़ा पशु मेला है।

श्री चंद्रभागा पशु मेला-झालावाड़

झालावाड़ जिले के झालरापाटन कस्बे में ये पशु मेला हर साल कार्तिक सुदी महीने में आयोजित होता है। इस पशु मेले में मालवी नस्ल के पशुओं की भारी तादाद में खरीद होती है। पशुपालन विभाग द्वारा इस मेले का संचालन नवंबर 1958 से हो रहा है।

पुष्कर पशु मेला-अजमेर

अजमेर से 11 किलोमीटर दूर हिन्दुओं का प्रसिद्ध तीर्थ स्थल पुष्कर है। यहां पर कार्तिक पूर्णिमा को मेला लगता है, जिसमें बड़ी संख्या में देशी-विदेशी पर्यटक भी आते हैं। हजारों लोग इस मेले में आते हैं।

राज्य प्रशासन भी इस मेले को विशेष महत्त्व देता है। स्थानीय प्रशासन इस मेले की व्यवस्था करता है और कला संस्कृति और पर्यटन विभाग इस अवसर पर सांस्कृतिक कार्यक्रमों का आयाजन करते हैं।

इस समय यहां पर पशु मेला भी आयोजित किया जाता है, जिसमें पशुओं से संबंधित अलग अलग कार्यक्रम भी किए जाते हैं, जिसमें श्रेष्ठ नस्ल के पशुओं को पुरस्कृत किया जाता है। इस पशु मेले का मुख्य आकर्षण होता है।

बहरोड़ पशु मेला

ये मेला राजस्थान के बहरोड़ (अलवर) में आयोजित किया जाता है। और इस मेले में सबसे ज्यादा खरीद मुर्रा भैंस की होती है।

सेवडिया पशु मेला

सेवडिया पशु मेला रानीवाड़ा, जालौर में आयोजित किया जाता है। ये क्षेत्र राज्य के सबसे बड़ी दुग्ध डेयरी के रूप में मशहूर है। ये मेला बडगांव रियासत के जागीरदार ठाकुर मालमसिंह की कोशिशों के बाद साल 1955 में शुरु हुआ था।

अमृत महल को बेथ चावड़ी के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। अमृत महल गाय अपने ही करीबी नस्ल हल्लीकर, हगलवाड़ी और चित्रदुर्ग नस्ल के जरिए उत्पन्न हुई हैं। अमृत महल गाय का माथा उभरा हुआ होता है। वहीं इनका शरीर बेहद सुडौल होता है और कमर के ऊपर की ओर का हिस्सा ऊंट की तरह उठा हुआ होता होता है। इनके सींग बेहद नोकिले और पीछे की तरफ बिल्कुल सीधे होते हैं। वहीं अमृत महल के कान बाहर की ओर सीधे होते हैं। यह सफेद – काले और स्लेटी रंग की होती हैं। ज्ञात हो कि अमृत महल गाय का वजन 350 किलो होता है। वहीं अमृत महल बैल का वजन 500 किलो तक होता है। 

अमृत महल के दूध की विशेषताएं

अमृत महल एक ऐसी गाय है जिसका उपयोग आमतौर पर खेत जोतने और सामान को ढोने के लिए किया जाता है। लेकिन यह गाय किसानों की दूध की निजी जरूरत को पूरा कर सकती है। कुछ आंकड़ों की मानें तो यह रोजाना 5 लीटर दूध भी दे सकती है। वहीं आपको बता दें कि अमृत महल बैल अपनी फुर्ती, सहनशीलता और गति के लिए जाने जाते हैं।

अमृत महल गाय की देखरेख कैसे करें 

अमृत महल गाय और बैल की देखरेख करना बेहद आसान है। इसे रखने में अधिक घम की आवश्यकता नहीं होती। इसे रखने के लिए एक शेड की आवश्यकता पड़ सकती है। लेकिन इस बात का ध्यान रखना भी जरूरी है कि शेड में हवा की आवाजाही बाधित न हो। इसके अलावा बारिश के दौरान शेड में पानी न जाए इस बात का भी खास ध्यान रखा जाना चाहिए। गाय को समय – समय पर चारा और पीने के लिए साफ पानी देना भी जरूरी है। अगर इस तरह से गाय और बैल की देखभाल की जाए तो वह लंबे समय तक स्वस्थ रह सकती हैं। 

अमृत महल गाय को लगावाए जाने वाले टीके 

अमृत महल एक बेहद फुर्तिली गाय है और इनकी रोग प्रतिरोधक क्षमता मजबूत होती है। लेकिन इस नस्ल की गाय को भी कई रोग हो सकते हैं। इसलिए अमृत गाय के बछड़ी को पैदा होने के 6 महीने के पश्चात ब्रुसेला का टीका लगाया जाता है। इसके अलावा गाय को कुछ सामान्य बीमारियों से बचाने के लिए मुंह खुर और गलघोटू का टीका लगवाएं। साथ ही पशुओं की सेहत को बनाए रखने के लिए डॉक्टर से समय – समय पर बात करते रहें। 

अमृत महल गाय को होने वाले रोग और उपचार

अमृत गाय को टीके लगवाने के अलावा उनका ध्यान रखना बेहद जरूरी है। अगर गाय का ध्यान सही तरह से न रखा जाए तो इन्हें कई भयंकर बीमारियां हो सकती हैं, जो कुछ इस प्रकार है।

क्या है थनैला बीमारी और उसका उपचार 

थनैला रोग गाय के थन पर होता है। आमतौर पर यह रोग दुधारू गाय को ही होता है। लेकिन ऐसा भी नहीं है कि अमृत महल गाय को थनैला रोग नहीं हो सकता।  इस रोग के दौरान गाय के थन में सूजन आ जाती है और थन मोटे एवं बड़े हो जाते हैं। गाय को इनमें भयंकर दर्द होता है और दूध निकालने के दौरान खून भी निकलने लगता है। जिसकी वजह से कई बार गाय खाना पीना तक छोड़ देती है। 

थनैला की समस्या का इलाज – थनैला रोग के उपचार कराने के लिए इसके लक्षणों की पहचान शुरुआत में ही करनी जरूरी है। अगर इसकी पहचान शुरुआत में नहीं की जाए तो थनैला का उपचार नहीं किया जा सकता। वहीं अगर थनैला रोग की स्थिति गंभीर होने पर गाय के थन भी काटने पड़ सकते हैं।

तिल्ली रोग और इसका होने वाला उपचार 

तिल्ली रोग एक ऐसा रोग है जो केवल लापरवाही का नतीजा है। अगर किसान या पशुपालक गाय को दूषित पानी और दूषित आहार देते हैं तो इसकी वजह से यह रोग हो जाता है। इस रोग की वजह से पशु के शरीर के अलग – अलग हिस्सों से रक्त का रिसाव होने लगता है। वहीं इस रोग में तेज बुखार के लक्षण भी देखे जा सकते हैं। यही नहीं कई बार गाय का शरीर पूरी तरह से अकड़ जाता है और सांस लेने में भी परेशानी होने लगती है।  

तिल्ली रोग की उपचार प्रक्रिया- अगर पशु को तिल्ली रोग हो गया है तो बता दें कि इसका कोई ठोस इलाज नहीं है। वहीं यह रोग होने पर सबसे पहले रोगी गाय को दूसरी गाय से अलग बांध देना चाहिए। वहीं पशु की मौत होने पर उसे स्वस्थ पशुओं से दूर एक गहरे गड्ढे में दबा देना चाहिए। इसके अलावा पशु को इस रोग से बचाए रखने के लिए शुद्ध भोजन और पानी देना चाहिए।

आप शायद जानते न हों कि ब्लैक क्वार्टर एक जीवाणु होता है, जो पशुधन को प्रभावित करता है। इस रोग का खतरा उन गायों को अधिक होता है जो खुले आसमान में बारिश के नीचे रहती हैं। दरअसल यह जीवाणु बारिश के दौरान मिट्टी में पैदा होता है। इस जीवाणु की चपेट अक्सर वही पशु आते हैं जिनकी आयु 2 साल से कम या 2 साल हो। इस रोग के लक्षण गाय पर बुखार के रूप में भी देखने को मिलते हैं। इसके अलावा कई बार गाय को सांस लेने में भी परेशानी होने लगती है।

Diseases that commonly affect black and white cows and their treatment

Diseases that commonly affect black and white cows are:-

Many diseases can cause serious illnesses to your cow.

Digestive system disease

Diseases related to the digestive system like simple indigestion, saline indigestion, acidic indigestion, constipation,  bloody diarrhoea, and acidity. 

Treatment of simple indigestion:

•       Feed them spices which will help them to increase their hunger.
•       Provide them feed which digests easily.

Treatment of saline indigestion:

•       During the preliminary stage of the disease, give light acid such as 5% acetic acid @5-10ml per animal weight or approx 750ml vinegar to cure the disease.
•       If a brain stroke is occurring and nothing can be seen after giving medicine 2-3 times, then the doctor should do the rumenotomy operation.

 Treatment of acidic indigestion:

•     Avoid feeding acidic fodder to animals.
•       During the start of this disease, feed animals saline elements like baking soda and medicines which will help to energize their liver.

Treatment of constipation:

•       For heavy animals, the scrape of ginger powder@30gm and solution of Magnesium sulphate@800gm is given to animals through the mouth.
•       In the initial stage give them flax oil@500 ml and don’t let them have dry fodder as a feed and give them more water.

Treatment of bloody diarrhoea:

•       Give sulpha medicines through vaccinations or mouth and along with that give more amount of water and glucose@5%.
•       Sulpha medicines, antibiotics, opiates, iron elements, or tennoform can also be given to get rid of diarrhoea.

Treatment of acidity:

•       If this disease is seen repeatedly in animals then activated charcoal, Dettol water, and 40% formalin@15-30 ml should be given.
•       Turpentine oil@30-60ml, extract of mustard/flax oil @500ml or asafoetida (heeng)@60ml is given to animals (don’t let them consume too much turpentine oil, this can lead to stomach issues).
•       Look at the condition and type of disease of the animal, and consult the vet through our app.

Jaundice 

 Types of Jaundice:

•       Jaundice because of closure of lymph nerves
•       poisonous jaundice or Intrahepatic – due to liver disease
•       Hemolytic jaundice or Pre hepatic – due to destruction of red blood cells.

Treatment of Jaundice :

•       First, you need to find out the cause of poisonous jaundice.
•       The animals that have blood pest diseases and infections, keep them away from other animals.
•       Give salt solution, glucose, calcium gluconate solution, Vitamin A and C, and along with that give antibiotic medicines.
•       Give animals liver tonic along with fatless and green fodder.
•       During the deficiency of phosphorus, feed them sodium acid monophosphate.

Anaemia

The symptoms are depression, muscular weakness, anorexia, and increased heart rate. The disease is caused because of inadequate nutrients in the diet, poor nutrition management, and colostrum intake.

Treatment:

Vitamins A, B, and E are given in the diet, and an injection of iron dextrin @150mg can help in curing anaemia.

Lead poisoning 

The calf is dull and usually sunken abdominal pain is the major symptom of lead poisoning. It usually occurs when they lick the painted tarpaulins, metalwork, lead batteries, etc.

Treatment:

A dose of calcium versenate @25% is given twice a day to cure lead poisoning in sub-acute cases.

Enteritis/Calf scours/ Diarrhoea

In this disease first, the excessive loss of water occurs then acidosis and dehydration and then the animal dies. The disease mainly occurs due to drinking unclean water, unclean hygiene conditions, and poor feeding systems.

Treatment:   proper ventilation and dry bedding are required.
