Our Story

Animall was first conceptualized in Jun 2019 as a part of an internal hackathon in Pratilipi (a storytelling platform )where Animall won both the jury and audience award. After talking to hundreds of dairy farmers, we started working on Animall as a weekend project in Aug 2019 and started seeing very strong user love and traction. During this time we talked to even more dairy farmers(almost thousands of them), solved some of their problems in non-scalable ways, and finally decided to take on this large, untouched, and very interesting market full-time in Nov 2019

Animall has proudly partnered with some of the best VCs and Angel Investors in the country who have shown belief in the team and their ability to solve for this large and inefficient market. We have raised more than Rs.150 crore from Sequoia, Nexus, SIG, Omnivore, Beenext, Rocketship, WEH, and others.

Our Achievements

We, at Animall, are primarily focused on building a peer-to-peer cattle trading platform and our journey has been very encouraging and promising - we have reached more than 8 million dairy farmers within a short span of 2 years.

Further, more than 850,000 cattle have been sold through Animall which amounts to Rs. 4000 cr of GTV and is now at a monthly run rate of Rs 350 cr. Our dairy farmers have rated us 4.6 out of 5 and 60% of our dairy farmers refer Animall to at least one friend monthly.
