Vet Partner Program

This Vet Partner Program Terms ("Program" or "Terms") are applicable to persons ("Vet Partner") enrolled under this program and accept and agree to the below terms and conditions.

Eligibility: For a person to enrol on this program, he/she has declared himself as a qualified veterinarian or a livestock assistant to the Company.

Scope of Work: The Vet Partner upon his visit to their clients shall assist them with listing their cattle for sale if their clients wish to sell their cattle. The Vet Partner shall use their VPP login or OTT code to facilitate the same.

Quality Check: The cattle listing facilitated by the Vet Partner shall be checked and verified by the QC team of the Company and the Company reserves the right to reject or delete any listing which does not adhere to the quality standards and check metrics of the company.

Payment: The payment shall be due to the Vet Partner Program as per the commercial terms agreed from time to time only for the cattle listings which are genuine and pass the quality checks of the Company. Any incentive program on the number of cattle listings made will be rolled out and communicated by the Company from time to time.

Indemnity: The Vet Partner agrees to indemnify and hold harmless and defend the Company and its employees from all the claims and suits by third parties for damages, arising out of, or resulting from, Vet Partner’s performance under this program.

Referral: The Vet Partners shall be eligible for the basis of the incentive for the number of referrals they make to enrol in this program.
