In the event you are displeased with our app-based services or subscriptions, we will refund the amount, provided the reasons are genuine and substantiated after internal review. Please read the plan details carefully before making any purchase as they contain information about service validity and usage.
In case of dissatisfaction, users may cancel their active subscriptions and request a refund. Our policy for cancellation and refund is as follows:
Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their subscription anytime via the Animall app. Cancellations will stop future billing (for recurring plans), but already completed payments are eligible for refund only under genuine dissatisfaction as evaluated by our team.
Refund Policy
If a user is not completely satisfied with the service received under an active APP subscription, they may request a refund. The refund will be processed after investigation and subject to eligibility.
If paid by credit card, UPI, or other gateway modes, the refund will be credited to the original payment method. The amount will be credited within 7–14 working days, depending on your payment provider's processing timelines.
Note: Animall offers only digital services and subscriptions. We do not sell physical goods and therefore do not provide return or shipping services. Animall is not responsible for any return or shipping logistics.
